may result in revised pricing, scheduling adjustments, or updated recommendations.

Zen Dynamics reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside operational capability, scheduling capacity, or technical feasibility.

Consultation sessions may be conducted remotely or in person depending on project requirements and availability.

Clients are responsible for:

• attending scheduled sessions

• providing accurate project information

• communicating scheduling conflicts in advance

Missed appointments or cancellations submitted with insufficient notice may not qualify for refund or rescheduling consideration.

Deposits may be required before consultation, procurement, planning, deployment, or project reservation begins.

Unless otherwise stated:

• deposits are non-refundable

Failure to complete required payments may result in:

Zen Dynamics is not responsible for:

• existing infrastructure deficiencies

• unsupported third-party configurations

• client-side modifications after deployment

• data loss resulting from unmaintained backup procedures

Zen Dynamics provides consultation, engineering, and deployment services based on professional judgment and available project information.

Except where otherwise required by law:

• services are provided “as is”

• no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation or future compatibility

• Zen Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This includes, but is not limited to:

• downtime

• data loss

• hardware failure

• software incompatibility

• third-party vendor issues

• supply chain delays

Manufacturer warranties and third-party policies may apply separately to hardware components or external services.

Project documentation, deployment diagrams, planning materials, configurations, and related content created by Zen Dynamics remain intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use delivered materials for approved operational purposes only.

Zen Dynamics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• payment obligations are not fulfilled

• abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs

• project conditions become unsafe or unworkable

• required information is withheld or falsified

Clients may terminate engagements through written communication, subject to applicable deposit and refund policies.

Zen Dynamics may utilize third-party providers for:

• hosting

• scheduling

• analytics

• payment processing

• hardware procurement

• communications

Third-party services operate according to their own policies and terms.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.

Continued use of Zendynamics.tech or Zen Dynamics services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
